Well done on graduating!! Feels great, doesn't it?
Laura has done a couple of 5K+ podcasts, one focussing on building stamina, and the other one on speed. As well as these, there are a few B210k (Bridge to 10k) programmes, which take you up to the full hour.
Also, to keep you running regularly, see if there's a Parkrun anywhere near you - they're weekly 5K runs organised by volunteers.
Whatever you decide to do, keep up the running!
Cheers stefliser
I graduated last year but fell off the running due to an injury but I am back up at 30 mins now. I just don't want to think that is it. Laura is fantastic and really helped me.
Thankyou for the 5k+ podcast info. I shall certainly have a look. Sounds really good. Anyway take car and thanks for the help

I too did it last year in time for the Race for Life in the summer. I achieved my goal of running all the way round, and felt amazing. But I too fell off the wagon due to a stressful house move, and lots of other life events gettign in the way. ButI started again in January, and there's no looking back this time. I've even inspired my other half to start as well, so I definitely can't give up now!
Personally I'm doing the B210K, as I've signed up for a 10K race in May. But I think once I've done that and proved to myself that I can, it'll be 5K runs for me in the longer term. It's so much easier to fit into a life, for one thing
Enjoy life post-graduation!!
