OMG!
After all my trepidation I took myself out earlier & managed to complete the first workout of week 5!
I decided to increase my warm up walk to 7 minutes....that way I had walked most of the way up the big hill at the start of my route before the first 5 minute run.....which seemed to last forever but doable. As always I find the other runs slightly easier than the first!!!!
I'm going to try the same workout again in a couple of days but with the standard 5 minute warm up walk , so I can attempt to run the hill before I move on to the 8 minute runs.
