Missed four days, felt I needed to do one more run in W7. Might even do another W7 run to get me ready for W8.

The ABC published today this brilliant comparison of two running styles. I thought that you would all like it.

Dont be a scardy cat, you can do this.

Go on, get onto week 8. Start 2020 as a graduate!!

Take it slow and steady and watch us lot cheering from the sidelines. :-)

I did it! W8R1 complete. Feeling tired today as a result. I guess the hot day (Adelaide Hills, Sth Aust) doesn't help. We have four days of 40degC+ starting from tomorrow. Running will need to be early in the day.

Scorching! Really well done for getting out there and doing it.

On balance, I'd much rather be running in hail storms and torrential rain than 40 degree heat. Stay safe!
