Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K. You say 'we ' was it you and?, anyway, well done, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but as you say be careful with the first two runs of week 6 as they have caught out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran ππΎ π
Thanks AlMorr , itβs me and Mrs Steve π She was on the Podcast with Laura , I was with Jo π
Ha, lol, you with a different coach than your wife, that is strange, I had Laura throughout my 9 weeks doing C25K, I still have the app as on some runs, including this morning I like to "run with Laura" today as my mid week run I reran, run 3 of week 5. ππΎ
The apps are a bit out of sync but it still works out . I have my watch as a standby ! We paced ourselves really well today ( a bit scared of the20 )but it was so good . We feel really well set up for the rest of the course , and we are getting some experience of how our bodies cope and react now πNot bothered at all about times , just to be where we are in such a short time is frankly amazing !

Congratulations to both of you , 20 minutes non stop is brilliant. Your hard work is now paying off . π

Well done.
Must admit, following the advice on here, I took the next run very slow to start with. So I didnt struggle with it so much with over confident, but it did feel a little frustrating.
All part of the master plan of course.
