W7R2... in a trance...

I was going into this run a little tired and thinking in the lines of “see how it goes, maybe split it in two...” and then something strange happened. After the first 5 mins I fell into some kind of quasi meditative state and lost perception of time. 25 mins were over before I knew it!

Weird, huh?

Oh dear, beware indeed. Sounds like the Running Bug has got hold of you. No known cure, DrBunny. Sorry about that! And welcome to the club! 👍😄

Time and time again I've been disappointed when I've set out with expectations, but pleasantly surprised when I decide to wing it. Just shows it doesn't always pay to be hard on yourself. 👍

Thanks guys, it’s still hard, and I feel wiped out afterwards, but apparently the brain does rewire itself for longer runs!
