My first run was on the 30th September and my final run today! I may have only lost 5.5kg but I feel much tighter! Toight like a Tiger! Soon as I can I’ll start consolidating my run. But for now, yay!😁

I pushed hard to complete the last three runs but it was worth graduating before my op. Now I can rest easy knowing I can do it when I need to! Thanks to you and everyone for your support!
