Well, I know I said I would have two rest days instead of one from now on. But then the weather was so nice today and I felt strong and confident, so I gave it a go and ran for 28 minutes! So pleased with myself!
When there were only five minutes left, I was afraid that Laura would say something about speeding up a little. Instead, she said that I should be a little tired by know. So well done me, because I indeed was! I carried on at my normal pace and felt very relaxed and happy afterwards. Still do. Running is such an amazing antidepressant!
