W8, R3 seems to be the topic of the day, and it was a tough one for me, too. For 27 minutes I knew that the title of this post would be something like 'I hate you, week 8!'.
Then Laura said 'only one minute left" and suddenly everything felt much easier. And when she finally told me to begin the cool down walk, I literally couldn't stop running! It felt like it would be more of an effort to change to walking than to just keep going.
So I kept running for maybe two or three minutes and it felt nice and easy. What a strange thing this running is!
Happy running everyone, and enjoy your weekend!

Congratulations on almost completing C25K, glad that you enjoyed your run today, only 3 more runs until you graduate, just take all the 30 minutes runs of week 9 slowly, once you have ran run 3 of week 9 and graduated, you will be very proud of yourself π ππΎ good luck π€.
I did this run yesterday & it was truly horrible ( mud, slither, wind obliterating my music & a toxic 25 instead of 10! π³) - but that made me realise how few runs feel that bad! ... and despite it being like that, it was still doable. As you say, a strange thing this running! π
