So with the icy weather this morning sadly our park run was cancelled but not wanting to miss a run , I waited for the sun to melt the ice on the pavements in the village and decided I would not try and get a PB today and just enjoy running.

At 5k decided to keep running and running and before I know it RAN 10k in an hour !πŸƒβ€β™€οΈπŸƒβ€β™€οΈπŸƒβ€β™€οΈ

At 53 and only starting the couch to 5k in the summer so chuffed with what I managed today

I was planning on starting ju ju magic plan as a New Years resolution!!

How amazing what you can achieve with couch to 5k πŸ˜ƒ

Congratulations on running that 10K in 60 minutes, well done, there were a few parkruns cancelled today because of ice on the course.

The temperature could be -10C but no ice and the parkrun could go ahead, but if the temperature was just at freezing after a rain shower then there would be a lot of ice and no parkrun, it's to get milder next week, that means no ice. 😊
