Just got back from 2 weeks in Baltimore so thought the best way to beat the jet lag was to have a nice slow long run. My last 3 long runs were 8k and I decided today I would just keep going and see how far I could manage. This time last year I was just starting C25K and thought 5k would be impossible let alone 10k.
So that's running goal #1 for this year done. Goal #2 is 5k in 30 mins but I still have a way to go with that one.

Congratulations on the 10km! I know the feeling too, it is amazing how many people have been turned into runners by C25K. I never would have thought I'd be running 10km six months ago!
