Decision based on hubby coming home not feeling great poss start of a cold, but wanted to keep to the plan and see how he felt
He only had to walk for about 10 secs of one of the run sections as it was a slight gradient and I slow jogged beside him so clearly going slow enough
Feeling amazed that we have kept up the routine for 3 weeks as are our daughters we haven't been keep fit kind of people... and if we ever went for a walk it was gentle stroll to the pub
So thanks to everyone for the encouragement and reminders that no run is a failure , we are benefitting ourselves with every step we take !
Kind of looking forward to wk 3 now π

Brilliant. Keep doing it for you both at your own pace. Credit for knocking another one down. Rest up then go again!
It's strangely addictive, isn't it? Certainly every step is doing you good. I find mentally, repeating runs/weeks is so good for confidence and enjoyment too. Brilliant, well done! ππββοΈπββοΈπ
