Wk2 R3 Run/Walk completed on a dull morning. Much prefer my run outside to my treadmill runs. Enjoying getting out there Blew a few cobwebs away. Didn't do a circuit but doubled back as too muddy. Legs didn't feel as tired but took it slower. Knees seemed okay so far, trying to do some knee exercises. Looking forward to week 3 😊👣😊🏃
