Phew! Just got back from the one run I'd looked forward to all week because sun was promised. It made all the difference, perhaps helped by the 2lbs I lost in the last 2 days. My joints were feeling creaky and Weds was a difficult run but today I broke through and carried on for 24 mins so I know I'm ready now to go up to Level 3.
