I feel like I rather snuck in under the wire but hey I did it and I’m still quite proud of my achievement.
Yesterday I did my third 30 minute run in a week. I did it without the help of Sanjeev who I lost touch with at the end of week 7 when I succumbed to no-stretch calf strain and had to take a few weeks off.
After that I abandoned the app, left headphones at home and just went out with my watch on and enjoyed the run.
Take worked for me. I love being out there in the fresh air at this gloomy time of the year and I love the feeling of having run. That nice ache in your legs and the feeling of self satisfaction.
So I think I graduated this week even if it didn’t feel quite as climactic as I was expecting.
Still, thanks to c25k for getting me here.
Now I need to think what to do next. Park runs, 10k who knows?

Well done, Tomstevenson. Nothing under the wire about that! I really enjoyed your post, the sense of achievement, the sheer pleasure and satisfaction. Good luck for the next stage.
In the Entre deux Mers, sort of between Bordeaux and Bergerac and down a bit. It's a lovely spot, few cars on the road, very nice countryside, gentle hills. A good place for a complete novice like me to start running.
Well, I've done that too, in the distant past (Waterloo, actually). In some ways I miss England and the city. Every place has its strong and weak points, to state the obvious. Have a good day!
