I’m planning my w5r1 on Monday but I’ve got a bit of a sore throat and I’m praying I don’t come down with a full on cold! Well done on completing week 4 and the rest will do u good

Slow and steady is the way to go... it works.... rest up but with some Strength and Flex work too, and then head out and enjoy!

Well done. I always take 2 rest days at the end of each week. I find that it really helps to ensure I'm fully prepared for the new weeks running.
