Headed out today for Mrs LeeU's graduation run, after Saturday's epic 57 minute run she was feeling a little trepidation, would her legs be rested and ready or would they give in half way through?
Set off after the 5 minute warm up walk, my trotting on and then jogging back to her when I got too far in front.
She kept her head up and shoulders back to maximise the airflow into her lungs.
And then we were half way through, then two-thirds and then the last five minutes. She plodding on and then it was all over, the second person in the house to graduate C25K.
I'm so proud of her, the issues she's faced, asthma, arthritis, fibro, etc, but she's done it.
She does have an account on here and I'm trying to get her to post but she isn't much of a social media person.
Happy running everyone!

I don't know about the inspiration bit, I think it was the changes caused by me doing the program again, the weightloss, fitness and mental changes promote the program far better than I ever could
