Took me a week longer as those mental gremlins got in during W8, but thanks to words of encouragement from this forum, I got through it. So thank you. (I managed 4k. not 5, but the 30 mins X 3 is my aim, rather than distance). Consolidating and then a Park Run are my next goals. So thank you everyone for inspiring me and helping me! Final question..I found the 'half way' 'ten' or 'five minutes to go ' prompts from the pod cast really useful. Is there an app that I can use that gives me multiple 'alarms'? My iPhone does one alarm, but don't want to jump back into the podcast, and keep repeating Week 9. Can anyone recommend anything? Thanks in advance...

Whoop whoop ClarMars ...Congratulations on your excellent achievement!!! I used to use runkeeper where you can set different reminders/prompts like time and distance to suit you, have a look at that...you can also set different voices and I had a sergeant major who used to yell at me all the time!!! He sometimes made me jump but he def kept me going!!! Click on this link to get your badge from Jo healthunlocked.com/couchto5...
Congratulations 🏆😁
Congratulations well done. Enjoy your consolidation runs.
Well done you 👏🥳. Congratulations
Brilliant well done I graduated today too
Congratulations! I use android and not iPhone, but have an app called tabata timer that you can put as many intervals as you like in. You can only save 2 programmes in there unless you pay for it, but it works really well for me and I have been using it since week 2 as the podcasts and app didn't work for me! I just keep on saving the next run on it once I have finished one. For the 28 mins I have put in two 14 min times so that I know when I am half way. You could split that up further if you wanted.
Congratulations on your graduation fellow runner.

Keep running, keep smiling.
Congratulations on completing c25k you must be so pleased well done 😊😊👏👏
👏🏼🎉👏🏼 Well done and congratulations on a big achievement. I have used the free version of RunKeeper. It takes a bit of exploring but I found it good for intervals and it keeps a useful record of what you’ve done. I just used “buzz” prompts but I think you can set a voice prompt too. Have fun running! 👍
