After a very soggy run this morning I completed my final run of C25K!!! It's taken longer than 9 weeks for various reasons and I've always followed the 'slow and steady' advice.
I literally could not run for a bus at the start.........now I can run (albeit slowly) for 30 minutes!! I NEVER thought that would be possible but having been diagnosed with high blood pressure last year I wanted to improve my fitness.......and I have!
Thanks to C25K, all the posts on here and not forgetting Michael Johnson👏👏👏!! I would recommend this plan to anyone - if I can do it, you can!! Just put on some trainers and give it a go - you won't regret it!!👟😊
