Well I took the advice of all you lovely people and after more than a week off I reran Run1 to get into it again. Did a good warm up routine and set off only to immediately meet marshals from a local half marathon blocking my usual road. Quick swervy madly trying to think of where to go!!
Anyway after a recalculation and a route through puddles, passing dogs, wet grass, more race officials, I did as Michael told me and completed the run. The last minute of last run was a bit ragged but got there.
Thank you all again for giving me courage. I even did a bit of belly breathing but forgot a hanky so had to sniff!

Who knows in the future once you have completed C25K, Bridge 210K you might take part in that local half marathon that blocked your route today, well done on rerunning run 1 of week 4.
