Yay I did it! Wasn't planning on it as thought I'd just go for a walk but felt like I needed to run after a bit so thought I'd give it a go! The five minute intervals were better than I expected, I slowed my pace down and listened to some excellent music and before i knew it I had done it! There was me thinking I'd have to do more repeats of week 3!

Hi Slong, just catching up with the last couple of days posts. Its great when we do better than we thought possible.... I agree the great music really helps as well as lovely views ( if possible of course) all helps take your mind off the clock and on to really enjoying what your body can do
