I’m now 8 weeks on since my bad fall at badminton resulting in a fractured shoulder. It’s still painful & I have limited movement.
Yesterday had my 1st physio appointment so feel I’m moving forwards hoping for good results, I feel really low in confidence in myself physically but I’m sure if I regain this I will recover quicker. Wish me luck 😉

Goodness that's a long time to wait for physio. Trust yourself through the exercises you are given, you graduated c25k so you can get through this too. Take care.
When your physio starts, and you begin to take part in your recovery, you will feel more positive and optimistic. You’ll be taking positive steps to getting well and getting back to doing the things you love
It feels overwhelming at first, and you worry about returning to fitness, but hang in there 💪🙂👍
Good luck 😃
Keep us posted. The injury couch can be a lonely place so don’t suffer in silence 🙂
