I'd had to repeat Wk 5, run 2 as I'd had a bad chest cold. My asthmatic lungs are my main limiting factor and they hadn't been happy.

Spent a lot of time dreading this one and decided this morning to stop thinking about it and just get out and try. With the help of me new trainers and a good podcast I did it and ran for a while 20 minutes. I actually can't believe I did it! The endorphins have kicked in now and I'm on top of the world. Off to celebrate with a cheese and pickle sandwich - I know how to live.

Well done🤩 you did it!!! . I know how chuffed you must be . I did that run the other day, when I saw it was for 20mins I was like not a chance on earth. I bet your over the moon. The reason I started c25k was because I had a collapsed lung and I know my son improved his asthma by running. 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️

I hope you enjoy your cheese and pickle sandwich, you deserve it and should be very proud of yourself.

Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran 🏃🏾 😊
