Did it! 20minutes no-stop. If you'd told me I'd be doing this 5 weeks ago.... :)

Two things amaze me about this programme a) that the increments are just right and constantly challenge and progress you; and b) I've kept at it, getting up at 6 to go before work for two of my three runs each week.

Usually a lurker on here, but this forum has been a great source of info and reassurance :)

Well done that’s fantastic- it seems a scary one, both physically and mentally you have conquered this running lark💪

Well done Br5968! I did it yesterday, expected it to be hellish but it wasn’t in the end. I think there is something about just following instructions and not questioning too much, it just sort of carries you along.

Welcome.

That is a milestone run and it will keep you grinning for days.

Show W6R1 due respect, it is not a walk in the park, as some seem to think.

Have you read the guide healthunlocked.com/couchto5...
