Out today for a lovely run what’s got in to me out at 9am on a Sunday much prefer to be in bed dogs got me up so took advantage. Well I ran today with just my music. First run I have not used Couch Laura so a very solo run. Loads of runners out there today most in the opposite direction must be doing something wrong. Another 10K achieved for November and more finished with just over 8 miles. A good warm down walk home, went home put coat on then went and walked dogs. Good running everyone.

Well done, nice to get out there bright and early when possible! I usually find it so hard to get out of bed though. 😂

Well done getting out so early! I don't often manage that, but always love it when I do.

Great running Papillon and 8 miles that's really great. You're working really well towards your HM. 😊😊🐕

Thanks Buddy34 felt good out there was in two minds whether to carry on or to call a halt there. Not sure if we will get such conditions to go again but thought best as previous best was 6.6 miles. Was still more left wasn’t at a stage I had to stop so very pleased.

I've got my long run tomorrow , trying to build up slowly week after week. You've made me feel I can eventually get there 😊

Of course you can been consolidating for over 40 runs, had upped the last few to 3.5 to 4.0 miles with the odd 10k thrown in will drop back to 3 to 4 miles again Next week.

I managed my 1st 8 mile run on Sunday morning too...what has this running lark done to us!

Also I agree with your comment above...all those runners must have been doing something wrong going the wrong way 😆😉🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️

Always Sunday morning for me but not always early...love it when I do get out by or before 9 so the 1st hour is nice and quiet but it doesn't happen often, my blankets usually refuse to let me leave 😂😉

I know that feeling but dogs normally get me up around 8.30 to 9.00 too much to do to get out.
