It will only go skin deep then you can have a tingly hot bath or shower, go for it, you'll feel fantastic after.

Morning. It’s blowing a hooley out there isn’t it. At least it is here near Southampton.

Sometimes if you really can’t run, either through injury or extreme weather. Then exercising instead is an excellent idea. However use it as a last resort. Weather can always get worse and if you start to use it as an excuse you may start to use it more than once. I know that from experience.

Hopefully that wasn’t to harsh. Running in ‘weather’ can be very exhilarating.

Ha, ha, yes! Do it!! 😂😂😂. I’m currently sat in the car park of my local Parkrun wishing exactly the same thing. It is absolutely bucketing down 💦☔️💧

Rain eased and took your advice and went for it! Best run yet! 4.52 km in 30 minutes. Also my first run without my knee brace. Thank you for all the encouragement.
