I can't believe I have signed up for my very first running event - a 5k Rainbow run!
Having just finished W7r2 which turned out to be 3km I am feeling reasonably happy that I can complete the run as I have another 3 weeks worth of training to do before the event.
Oh great stuff! That's brilliant for your motivation and generally keeping upbeat about your running cos it can get a bit like hard work at times. Great to have a plan and something to work towards beyond C25k
Carry on running slowly and steadily as you have to be very careful not to overdo it. You want to be fully fit for the big day
