I've just come out of hospital for cellulitis (IV antibiotics for 5 days) and am now on oral antibiotics. Is it safe for me to go for a short, slow run?

I did it, 3.5 miles - I was OK actually. I went out with no pressure, no watch on and ran the best time I've done since my initial cancer diagnosis back in 2014!
Just wanted to say that I love your username! No idea about the answer, but have a friend who has suffered with cellulitis, hope you're now on the mend. 😊

I'd wait till you've managed a day or two doing basic day to day stuff around the house, at work if applicable, getting shopping etc before trying a run and as ju-ju- and Oldfloss have said, ask your GP. You don'y want it to flare up again. Glad you'e out of hospital now
