I ran for 20 minutes last Friday (week 5 run 3). Wow! I have never (in 58 years) run for as long or as far. This program is marvellous. Legs do feel tired all the time, particularly my right calf but it's not bad enough to stop me. Good luck to everyone on the journey.

Well done! That's your milestone run done! Still the best in my book.
Make sure you're drinking enough water each day if your legs are feeling fatigued. Try for at least 2l a day if you can.

Yep. That's a special one. Time to change your name to Fitboy1961 ?? I found massaging calf muscles helped a lot as did some knee strengthening exercises.
