So this happened today, I officially became a graduate! It was a difficult run and by no means my best pace, (Monday runs always seem the hardest!) but I’ve done it and I feel proud of myself. My furthest run so far has been 2.73 miles, (W9R2) so I think next week I’ll be off to Parkrun to tackle the elusive 5K!
Thanks to everyone that shared words of encouragement along the way!

Congratulations on completing C25K and graduating. 🎓 🏃🏾 👍
To get your graduation badge and the word GRADUATE 🎓 next to your username leave a message on the October graduate post in the pinned posts on the right side of the healthunlocked C25K home page and tell the administrators that you have ran W9R3 of C25K and graduated 🎓 🏃🏾 👍
Congratulations on your graduation 🎓. I did parkrun as a celebration too, by repeating W9 R3 with Jo Whiley, including the start up walk. I’d recommend you start at the back for the first one so you can go at your own pace and don’t forget your barcode. 👏👏🥂🏅🏃♀️🏃♂️🏃♀️🏃♂️🏃♀️
