Graduation run!!

Yaaaaay! Woohoo! I’ve done it!! Feeling soooo pleased with myself!

After the disappointment of last Friday and not being able to go out as it was icy it was great to do my graduation run after arriving in Sydney. I had a slow plod round a local park (it was already warm at 8am) and the extra nice thing about it was that my sister came with me and she decided to give it a go so as I was doing my last run of the programme she did her first! She loved it too and already can’t wait for the next one.

Happy running everyone, I’m going to keep coming back to the forum and fingers crossed will keep up with 30 mins of running too. First parkrun on Saturday too - can’t wait! xx

Congratulations what a lovely place to do your graduation run! My most favourite run so far was last July when I was in Sydney with my 2 daughters. We got up before sunrise and had a run round the harbour with the Opera House and bridge in the background with the sun rising. It was amazing. Enjoy your runs in Australia x
