Completed run 2 yesterday and I think I experienced a slight runner's high! Was so proud of myself completing the 8 min runs, love this programme!

Well done you, I bet it felt great. I'm still feeling chuffed to bits because I can manage the 3 minute runs of week 3, the thought of doing 8 minutes to me at the moment seems impossible, but then so did 60 seconds a few weeks ago...

I was the same! But I listened to the tips, kept my pace and it's worked, keep going!! This programming is brilliant
