Lovely morning for a run along the beach and back through the woods, started off thinking I’m not going to complete this but then just focused on the surroundings to try to stop the self doubt and I made it without stopping! Was slow but did it hooray expresso martini to celebrate 🎉😀

Congratulations, that is another running milestone under your belt.

Stay nice and slow for W6R1..........it catches out more people than any other run in the programme.

Thank you, yes I’ve noticed that from some of the posts so I’m going to take it as a super slow Joe on way to beach I was behind a bib lorry not fragrant 🤢 and those bin men were super speedy and going much quicker than me

Loving the sound of that espresso Martini and beautiful beach!!! Sounds like such a picturesque run with will be great for both mind and body - keep focusing on your surroundings and practicing mindfulness and I’m sure the runs will be over in no time! Well done you!!!

Well done and the scenery on your run, beach and woods I’m envious. Listen to the advice for week 6 r 1 it does definitely catch you out but as long as your prepared and wow the views you will smash it

Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran

Well done! Me too! I can’t believe I did it. Was really doubtful but broke it down into the 5 minute sections. Off to have my gait analysed today because my ankle pain is going to stop me running 😭
