No, it's not too bad at all, you can do it, just take it slowly and don't worry about the time it takes, once you have completed it you will be very proud of yourself, good luck. π π π

I did it Monday, it was not as hard as I thought it would be...just take it slow and steady - I found the second half of the run easier than the first bit as I told myself I was on the homeward stretch. Good luck!
I did it this morning. Iβd sorted out a playlist to keep me going and just counted down the songs. They let you know at 5 mins/10/15 and with 60 seconds left and then youβre done before you know it. I just looked at it as just 5 more, just 5 more.
Youβll feel super proud when youβre done!
