Well, having got to week 4 and then work/home commitments got in the way I’ve decided to start C25K all over again and so far so good (though it’s only week 2). 😁

Nothing wrong with restarting, I've done the program twice already and, if I had to stop running for a length of time, I'd have no issues in starting a third time either.
