I've just done W3R3 and looked at week 4. Going from 9 minutes running in week 3, to 16 in week 4. Please tell me it'll be fine!

Why wouldn't it be... you have come this far.... one slow and steady step at a time. You are ready for each and every run... know it, believe it... and you are already half way there

It really will! Don’t over think it. Just do it. Gently and at your own pace. I felt exactly the same and have just started week 5. I can’t believe I did it!
It IS fine, in fact it’s so fulfilling. I’ve just completed this week and I kept it slow and enjoyed the views and stopped worrying about what people were thinking about as they drove by and it was done. I’m even at a point where I ran yesterday and am itching for tomorrow to come so I can start week 5 (I never thought I would ever feel like this about running of all things!).
So enjoy the ride (well run) take it run by run and you CAN do it
I felt the same before starting week 4. Yesterday I did the 2nd run and I still can't believe I'm running for so long but it does feel good. My advice is don't concentrate on how long your running for (time drags then) but enjoy the run itself. You'll be surprised how quickly the time is up. YOU CAN DO IT
You will absolutely be fine! Go slowly and gently, relax your shoulders ( it helps the rest of you to be relaxed) and all will be well.
