Wow I actually run for 20 minutes πŸ˜€πŸ˜€ never in a million years did I think I could do it at the start, so pleased with myself πŸ’ͺ🏼 Even Looking forward to week 6 😊

You will do it,I was nervous too. I’ve never been able to run but have really surprised my self , just keep going πŸ’ͺ🏼
