Me and my wife did W5R3 yesterday. We both managed it to. Great feeling when it’s done
Good for you what did you feel like going from wk4 to wk5 . I'm starting wk5 on monday
I have got to week 8 2 years ago but using treadmill so I knew what to expect. This time though I'm running outside and with colleagues so although it was daunting I knew i had friends nearby in case I couldn't do it.
The plan has built us up to this point and it is all, as others had said, a mental battle more than a physical battle. Just believe and you can achieve.
I did my week 5 run 3 yesterday too. It’s amazing. Can’t believe I managed it after struggling to do one minute in the first week. Bring on week 6!
