Grinning from ear to ear and a big thank you to all the encouragement and support from this group I did it ๐๐๐ still can't believe it ๐especially after the 2nd week when a dog walker stopped to ask if I was ok or needed help๐ข. But I persevered and now I'm on my way to Week 6๐. Anyone with any doubts with the support from the forum we can do this๐

The Dreaded Week 5 Run 3
Hey nice to see your post on the dreaded run. Week 5 mixes it up a bit but the feeling of doing the 20 is amazing isn't it? Good luck to you on Week 6
thank you I still find it hard to believe I actually did it - I took my dog on the same walk today and its amazing to think how far we have all come in only 5 weeks
Well done, I did W5 R2 yesterday and freaked when I looked at Run 3. In fact that's why I have logged on today so it's great to see your post.
Honestly you can do this - I must admit when Jo came on and said I am halfway i could have cried - but all I kept thinking was I can and will do this , my legs ached a little but not enough to stop then when I was told only 5 minutes left I thought well I have run 15 and still here so I can do only 5 more - the feeling at the end is so worth it I had tears of shock and proud - good luck you can do this let me know how it was
The programme builds the physical stamina to run. We, however, need to find the mental stamina to keep going. W5R3 is where you need to find this.
Today, you have proven to yourself you have the mind and determination of a runner. Well done.
W6 us a tricky one, but nothing you can't handle ๐๐๐๐
