Hi All, I’m new to this app, but have just completed week 6 of the program. It’s the first week I’ve felt like I’ve had to force myself out there and have struggled! But, I’ve also completed it and didn’t give up!! So, I take pride in that! Am starting week 7 on Monday and looking forward to completing this week and knowing I can do more than one fluke 25 min run!

Lovely reading so many stories on here to boost my motivation!

Welcome! Sorry you have had a struggle this week but you are doing well!! 👏👍 Keep it slow 🐌 until the end of the run & then speed up a bit. This should stop you struggling. Very important to drink loads of water on both run and rest days to stop that heavy feeling. Let us know how you get on. Keeping accountable here motivates you out the door! 🤣

Well done for getting this far. You've had one 25 min run and succeeded - you know you can do it and didn't break your body, enjoy your rest day, drink loads of water and run the same again. If all your runs have been in the same place so far it may take your mind of the time by finding a new route. Keep us posted. Happy running

Sometimes it can feel if you're struggling but if you can push yourself on like you did it can happen. Well done and good luck with wk7. 😊

That will make a big difference now that you are getting to long, steady runs. Be sure to keep sipping on non-run days as well, as this builds up your general hydration. 👍
