Completed week 6!

Hey guys, yesterday I completed week 6 and actually ran for 25 minutes. I really wasn’t feeling great before I started either but thought I’d give it a go anyway and couldn’t believe it! The plan actually works it’s like magic! I gave birth 12 weeks ago and wouldn’t have been doing so well without the app! Anyone who is feeling doubtful keep going!
