Had a week away in Zante, did plenty walks and clocked up along of steps. The week before i did my runs and i was cramping up, so i have tried to take more water on board, So decided to get my self sorted and repeat week 4. First run yesterday covered 2 mile over the run (25mins) felt fine. I wasnt taken the rest day on some of previous runs hence the cramps. So everything by the book now.

Rests days are so important as well as hydration. 2-3 litres of water per day and not just on run days. Good luck and we'll done 😊
