W4R1 - woohoo!

I was a little concerned that after 3 days off i might find the 5 min intervals of week 4 too much, but all went brilliantly. I jogged very slowly until the last minute of the second 5min run and was breathing really easily so gave it a bit of extra oomph. Loving being back into it after nearly 4 years off running!

That’s brilliant! It must have felt great to realise you had a bit more oomph left in the tank for that final section.
