Early Sunday morning run/ jog and I’m super pleased with that! When Laura said ‘if you feel comfortable then try picking up the pace’ I pushed myself a little bit harder (not too much) and I felt brilliant! Yay! I feel so ready for run 3 now 💪🏼

Super stuff...on you go now, and really relax into these longer runs now... they are perfect for slow and steady.. land lightly, breath gently.. ( kissing the ground with your feet, is the way I describe it)... and enjoy!

Thanks old floss. I find it really hard to land my feet correctly it’s probably what I concentrate on most when I’m running 😂 I’ll try and think of it like that. Thank you
