In beautiful Rhodes 29 degrees, so, full of water, decided to do wk5 run 1... All good, but last 5 min run felt sick...my fit friend ran with me, age 41, fit as .... and zoomed into the distance. I felt old, 54, and weak... But I did it! Didn't realize how much the heat zaps the energy...the goats were laughing at me. Done anyway, not sure whether to do run 2 here or back home, one thing though I will never complain of cold wet weather again in the UK for running! PS I'm the old one on the left!

Don't listen to the goats, they know nothing about running. They may be good at mountain climbing and eating everything that comes to them but they know nothing about C25K :D

Good for you for running on your holiday!

great pic!
