Hooray! Managed to complete week 3. I still need to adapt to running outdoors as well as the treadmill. Cooler this morning so chest feels tight now but I am SO happy that I can move on to week 4 next week. I say with a nervous smile. Any tips for moving from a 3 minute to 5 minute run greatly appreciated! Happy running and weekend everyone. πββοΈπ€ππ

Congratulations on completing week 3, just take the longer runs of week 4 slowly, there is quite a mix of different lengths of running and walking in week 4, glad that you are enjoying your running. π ππΎ
