To aid my last month of C25k and raise some money I have gone sober for October with my VRB Tigg’s. lots of nice donations but a lot have gone direct as I messed up sharing the link. but we are over 100 pounds now. Well done Tigg’s.

I took 2 rest days from running after doing Parkrun on Saturday. Still been doing my strength and flex though and I have to admit I am ready for an evening where i just lie on the sofa with a glass of gin lol...

Yeah I am going to try and start 10k training once I get out there and do a few weeks of 5k runs which take me slightly over the 30 mins. I have signed up for a 10k race next May and loads of people from work are coming to support me so I want to be able to at least run the whole way even if it is slowly
I am also going to check out the local harriers club on Thursday night as i am thinking of joining them and I am volunteering for the next few weeks at Parkrun, this week being a marshall and then the following week tailwalker.
