Who will join me in saying thank you to the admins?

I haven’t posted here for a while but I get the email notifications and I read what people are saying on a regular basis. I see the nervousness of runners who don’t think that they can make it and their wide-eyed astonishment and delight when it turns out that they can. I see people talking of injuries, losing confidence, being triumphant, seeking advice and looking for the next challenge. Above all, I see the same calm advice being given patiently by the same dedicated admins. “Read the FAQs” “Slow and steady does it” and more, are repeated time after time. As a beneficiary of their wisdom on several occasions I would like to say a big public thank you for the support and motivation that you have given us all.

The c25k app is great and it can eventually get you running for 30 minutes and beyond. The support on here is excellent and I honestly don't think I could have kept going without everyone. 😊😊👏👏
