Congratulations on starting C25K with run 1 of week 1, welcome to the forum, many people find that run 1 is the hardest run of the program, in fact some of them thought that they would die, however, no one has and no one will, onwards and upwards to run 2 of week 1.

Follow all the advice carefully & you will soon just see your trainers, & want to get out there & run! 🤣

Keep it real slow..you don’t need to feel pain.

Great you got out and did your first run . Just go slow and slower again, your body will take a bit of time to get used to your new exercise. At first my motivation to run was to loose weight but now I really just love running and it helps keep the weight off.

C25k is an amazing plan and really does work you'll get lots of encouragement and support on here good luck 😊

Well done for getting out there. It’s the hardest step of all. I was so glad when each one minute run finished and I was embarrassed by how difficult I found it. That was in early July. This morning I ran my fourth 5k in less than two weeks. If I can do it, everyone can. Good luck. Enjoy the journey and your improving fitness and keep checking in here. The support is fantastic.
