Well never ran in my life, never had the confidence.πŸ™ˆ

So 2020 I thought that's it I'm going to finish the couch to 5k. Had my first run today following the app and I really enjoyed it and completed the whole of the first run 😁. And the running will have my shift some weight also with healthy eating πŸƒβ€β™€οΈ

There is in the UK App Store, it’s not available easily outside the UK though so I can’t use it and used the podcasts which I found great.

They don't really get easier as such because they get longer but you'll probably impress yourself with your progress that you won't care. I hope so anyway. When I was doing my C to 5k I tried to go a tiny bit further than I was supposed to provided I had the energy and the following week when the distance increased it didn't feel so bad. :)
