Week 6 run 2 done.

It was great to get out this morning. I continue to do my runs as part of a one hour session. I walk for 15 minutes then do the C25k and then walk for the remainder of the hour. The benefits of this are that I am definitely warmed up when I start running, I complete my daily 10,000 steps target and burn 500 calories all before 10 a.m.

The program really ramps up with no recovery walks from now on. I think I am prepared for this and am beginning to consider myself a runner. Bring it on!
